"Growing up I always heard people say 'Find a job you love and never work a day in your life', I never really understood what this meant but after tutoring for roughly 2 years whilst experiencing other jobs in profressions such as Accountancy and Investment Banking I began to understand its true meaning, working as a tutor felt natural and rewarding yet my other roles felt uncomfortable and tiresome hence I decided to embark on my career as a private tutor"
Mr Daryl Rugless
A word from the Director...
Starting an education company was the most exciting and daunting step I have ever taken but yet one of the most natural and satisfying. It was a natural progression after many years of delivering private lessons and satisfying as it combined my deep-rooted interest in business with my love of teaching and education.
I have always enjoyed working with families as a tutor but since starting Elite Personal Tuition what I have enjoyed just as much is meeting more talented and experienced tutors and educators and forming a team I can be proud of.
I was privileged enough to be afforded a very good private education and originally decided to take on tutoring as an opportunity to share my knowledge with others and allow them to realise their full potential and benefit from the choice a good education brings.
Through Elite Personal Tuition I aim to work with other talented tutors, to help them develop and make greater ever contributions to student's lives
